Before we begin
Website Services FAQ
Straightforward answers about website projects, local meetings, costs, responsibilities, ownership, and support.
How much does a website cost?
Current starting points are:
- One-page starter website: from $650
- Multi-page business website: from $1,500
- Website redesign: from $1,200
- Ongoing care plan: from $75 per month
Final pricing depends on the pages, content, features, integrations, and condition of any existing site. You receive a written proposal before paid work begins.
Can we meet at my business?
Yes. On-site discovery meetings are available by appointment in Casa Grande, Arizona City, Coolidge, and Eloy. Maricopa and Florence may be considered depending on the project. Phone and video meetings are also available.
How long will my website take?
A focused one-page site may take a few weeks. A typical multi-page business website may take four to eight weeks after the scope, content, and schedule are confirmed. Larger features, delayed content, or extended review periods can change the launch date.
What do I need to provide?
You will normally provide accurate business information, service descriptions, contact details, photographs or brand assets you have permission to use, timely feedback, and one person authorized to approve decisions. We will identify the exact responsibilities in the proposal.
Can you help with writing and photographs?
I can help organize and refine the information you provide. Original copywriting, professional photography, illustration, or extensive content production can be added to the proposal or coordinated separately when needed.
How do payments work?
The payment schedule is stated in the proposal. Projects generally require an initial payment before work is scheduled, one or more milestone payments for larger projects, and final payment before launch or transfer of completed project files. No charge is made merely for submitting the inquiry form.
How many revisions are included?
The proposal will state the number and timing of review rounds. Revisions within the approved scope are included as specified. New pages, features, major direction changes, or additional revision rounds may require a written change to the scope and price.
Will I own my website?
Ownership and licensing will be stated in the project agreement. After final payment, you will generally receive the completed custom website work created specifically for your project. Third-party software, fonts, stock media, plugins, themes, and other licensed materials remain subject to their own terms. I may request permission to show the completed project in my portfolio.
Are the domain and hosting included?
Domain registration, hosting, premium software, transaction fees, and other third-party services are normally separate unless the proposal says otherwise. I can help you select and connect them. Whenever practical, those accounts should be registered in your business name so you keep control of them.
What happens after launch?
The agreed launch and handoff work is included in the project. Continuing updates, monitoring, backups, content changes, and software maintenance can be covered by an optional care plan or quoted separately. The proposal explains any included post-launch support period.
Will the website be accessible and mobile-friendly?
Accessibility and mobile usability are built into the working process through semantic structure, keyboard-friendly interaction, readable content, responsive layouts, and practical testing. No responsible provider can promise that a site will remain perfectly compliant under every standard, law, device, or future content change, but accessibility is treated as an ongoing project requirement.
How does the Casa Grande Local incentive work?
Eligible website projects may include one year of enhanced placement on Casa Grande Local at no additional cost. The business and listing must meet the directory’s eligibility, accuracy, and moderation standards. Renewal is optional, there is no automatic renewal, and the offer is never conditioned on providing a review or testimonial. The written proposal will confirm whether the incentive is included.
Does submitting the form make me a client?
No. An inquiry starts a conversation only. A project begins after both parties approve the written scope or agreement and any required initial payment has been received.
