Privacy Policy
This notice explains what information I collect through julianburnley.com, why I collect it, and the choices you have about that information.
Information I collect
When you submit the project inquiry form, I receive the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, website address, meeting preference, and project details.
Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, medical information, or other sensitive personal information through this form.
How I use it
- To respond to your inquiry and communicate about your project.
- To evaluate whether my services are a practical fit.
- To prepare a proposal or maintain records related to requested or completed work.
- To protect the website and form from spam, misuse, or security threats.
I do not sell your personal information. I do not add inquiry details to an unrelated marketing list without separate permission.
Formspree and service providers
The inquiry form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form service. Form submissions and related technical information are transmitted to and processed by Formspree so the message can be delivered to me. Formspree states that its services are hosted in the United States and that it uses encryption in transit and at rest.
Formspree handles information under its own Privacy Policy and security practices. Other essential service providers, such as website hosting and email providers, may process limited information as needed to deliver and secure their services.
How long I keep it
I keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, follow up on the requested work, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or securely disposed of when practical. Formspree may retain information according to its own policy and account settings.
Your choices
You may ask whether I hold personal information from your inquiry and request that it be corrected or deleted, subject to information I may need to retain for legal, security, or legitimate business-record purposes. Email julian@julianburnley.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line.
Security
I use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate for a small service business. However, no website, email system, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children
This website offers business services and is not directed to children under 13. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the inquiry form.
Updates to this notice
I may update this policy when the website, form, or service providers change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
